Tour of Britain arrives in EssexThe residents of Essex will have the chance to see the world’s top cyclists in action this September, as the UK’s biggest professional bike race weaves its way through the county. Essex has been announced as staging the seventh leg of the Tour of Britain on 17 September, starting the days racing on the Suffolk Essex border and ending in Colchester. The event will see 96 cyclists race through the county battling for the prized yellow jersey before the tour heads into its final stage held in London. More info to follow soon! |
